Who is responsible

TODO owner: name and postal address of the controller, and a contact email.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking, advertising or embedded third-party content. The only exception is the waitlist form below, which contacts our email provider only when you submit it. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser contacts no other servers when you visit.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by TODO owner: hosting provider name and address. When you visit, the hosting provider records technical access data in server logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and usually your browser's user agent. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after TODO owner: retention period.

Dotiphant Pro waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to tell you when Dotiphant Pro opens. We send one email for that, and nothing else. You first confirm your address through a link we email you (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. We delete your address when Pro opens and you do not sign up, or when you withdraw consent.

The list is kept by TODO owner: email provider name and address, and whether data leaves the EU. The form sends your address straight to that provider when you submit it.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
